Hello. I'm Andrew — the person behind Agegency.

My background started in creative production — motion design, visual storytelling, and the kind of detail-obsessive craft that comes from years inside After Effects timelines. That foundation shaped how I think about systems: every frame matters, every sequence has dependencies, and the final output is only as good as the architecture underneath it.

Before going independent, I spent years building internal tools and AI-powered infrastructure — the kind of work that sits between product strategy and engineering execution. The pattern was always the same: identify the gap between thinking and action, then build the system that closes it.
